Naroplast®
Naro­plast® is a ther­mo­plas­tic nat­ural fi­bre com­pos­ite whose ben­e­fits, such as high strength and im­pact re­sis­tance com­bined with a low weight, come to the fore af­ter com­pres­sion mould­ing. This means that it is es­pe­cially suited to ide­ally sat­isfy the strict re­quire­ments of the au­to­mo­tive man­u­fac­tur­ing sec­tor ef­fi­ciently (e.g. One-Shot pro­ce­dure).Com­pared to con­ven­tional ma­te­ri­als, the sym­bi­otic com­bi­na­tion of re­new­able raw ma­te­ri­als and syn­thetic poly­mers plays an im­por­tant role in con­serv­ing nat­ural re­sources, stor­ing CO2, sav­ing fuel, in­creas­ing pas­sive safety and re­duc­ing noise lev­els. In ad­di­tion, the ma­trix poly­mers can now also be re­placed with low-emis­sion ma­te­ri­als with­out com­pro­mis­ing per­for­mance.
